One of the most fun nights of the summer in Kentucky for me every year is Stephen Foster night at Churchill Downs. Held a little over a month after the Kentucky Derby, the night kicks off Breeders’ Cup season in the state with two “Win and You’re In” races and three other graded stakes that usually have a future Breeders’ Cup runner or two in them.
