Travers Stakes day is the most highly anticipated racing card of the entire meeting at Saratoga Race Course each year with huge crowds supporting one of the sport’s most important races.
Held first in 1864, the Travers is called the “mid-summer Derby” because it regularly lures the top 3-year-olds in the country.
