Shannon Potter, who had been president of Town & Country Farms, was promoted June 26 to CEO of the farm in Georgetown, Ky.
"Shannon has done an outstanding job managing the day to day operations of both our breeding and racing operations for the past 2 1/2 years," said owner Kiki Courtelis. "His dedication and passion can't be denied. You can spend all the money in the world but without good advice and adherence to a plan, you can still escape success."
