Move In Time, a 25-1 longshot, was up in time in the Prix de l'Abbaye de Longchamp to earn his first group I win at age 6 Oct. 5 at Longchamp.
Danny Tudhope sat chilly on the 6-year-old Monsieur Bond gelding, and when Rangali struck for the lead in the final furlong, Move In Time went with him before edging past to score by a head.
Moviesta was third another head back in the 18-horse field.
The time for 1,000 meters (about five furlongs) was :56.42 on turf rated as good.
Trained by David O'Meara for a partnership that includes breeder Bond Thoroughbred Corp., Move In Time has a 7-7-5 record from 39 career starts. He had placed in several group stakes in England, Ireland, and France before his breakthrough Saturday.
Move in Time was bred in Ireland from the Machiavellian mare Tibesti.
