Instagram Accounts to Follow for Breeders’ Cup

Breeders’ Cup season is upon us and if your social media feed is anything like mine, it is filled with Breeders’ Cup chat, breaking updates, and photos of the some of the best Thoroughbreds in the world preparing for the event.
Here are some great Instagram accounts to follow, from media outlets and racing stables to celebrity ambassadors, to keep your eye on for all things Breeders’ Cup.
1. @BreedersCup

This one probably goes without saying, but just in case you weren’t already following the action from Breeders’ Cup, now is the time. There are less than two weeks until the first race of the 2014 Breeders' Cup is held on Oct. 31. #TheBestIsYetToCome.
2. @santaanitapark

Santa Anita Park, also referred to as “The Great Race Place,” is the home of the 2014 Breeders’ Cup. This page will be decked out with fans enjoying the gorgeous Southern California venue as we get closer to the big weekend.
3. @NBCSports

NBC Sports Network will be providing coverage of the 2014 Breeders’ Cup. The NBC Sports Instagram page provides news, photos, and insights for both the NBC Sports and NBC Sports Network. This is a great page to add to your list!
4. @hrtv

HRTV, which has its headquarters at Santa Anita, has the luxury of being able to capture beautiful photos of the horses working out or arriving in the winner's circle on a regular basis. HRTV will also be providing live on-site television coverage for Breeders’ Cup beginning Oct. 23.
5. @DailyRacingForm

The Daily Racing Form is one of the top sources for all horse-racing-related news, including past performances and breathtaking photos of horses at racetracks across America.
6. @AmericasBestRacing

WinStar Farm is the co-owner of Breeders’ Cup Juvenile contender Carpe Diem. Follow to WinStar’s page to get updates on the colt’s progress as well as information on one of the top stallion farms and breeding operations in the world.

Three Chimneys Farm will be bringing Rainha Da Bateria to compete in the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf on Friday, Oct. 31. Check out the Three Chimneys page and show your support by giving them a follow.
9. @ClementStable

Clement Stable is very active on their social media accounts, and I’m sure that they will entertain their followers with at least few photos of Breeders’ Cup Classic contender Tonalist!
10. @Spendthriftfarm

Spendthrift Farm is the owner of Breeders’ Cup Distaff contender Beholder, who is going for her second straight Distaff win and third overall victory at the World Championships. Give them a follow!
