Grade 2 winner Airoforce has been moved to Cabin Creek Farm in Bernville, Pa., where he will stand the 2019 breeding season for an advertised fee of $2,500.
"We believe Airoforce will be a great fit in Pennsylvania," said Cabin Creek manager Maria Vorhauer. "His versatility and precociousness, coupled with his racing class, will benefit Pennsylvania breeders and owners with a pedigree free of Northern Dancer and only one instance of Mr. Prospector."
The 5-year-old Colonel John horse was purchased by Jeff and Stacey Jeans for $12,000 at the 2017 Keeneland November Breeding Stock Sale. His fee was also $2,500 for his first season, which he spent at Swifty Farms in Seymour, Ind.
"Jeff and Stacey Jeans decided Cabin Creek Farm would be the ideal location for Airoforce to move in Pennsylvania, to be able to take part in the lucrative state-bred program," said agent Ryan Campbell. "With the state-bred purses increasing and year-round racing, the benefits of owning and breeding Pennsylvania-breds are outstanding. We have worked with Maria Vorhauer for many years and have always received the best of care and service, and know that Airoforce and his clients will receive the best care in the business."
Racing for owner John Oxley and trainer Mark Casse, Airoforce won three of 12 starts for earnings of $679,130. He won three of his four starts at 2. He took his debut at Kentucky Downs, and then followed up with a win in the Dixiana Bourbon Stakes (G3T) at Keeneland, a second in the 2015 Breeders' Cup Juvenile Turf (G1T) at Keeneland, and a victory in the Kentucky Jockey Club Stakes (G2) at Churchill Downs. At 3, Airoforce was winless in seven starts but finished second in the National Museum of Racing Hall of Fame Stakes (G2T) at Saratoga Race Course and the Penn Mile Stakes (G3T) at Penn National.

Airoforce will be available for inspection starting Sept. 15.
