High Winds Force Woodbine to Cancel Races

Woodbine was forced to cancel the final five races of its nine-race card Sept. 21 because of high winds at the Toronto track.
Live racing is scheduled to resume at Woodbine Sept. 22, featuring the $100,000 Victorian Queen Stakes. The 11-race program will begin at 1 p.m. ET.
