Preakness Tickets On Sale Tuesday

Tckets for the 2014 Preakness Stakes (gr. I) go on-sale at 8 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 1. The 139th running of the Preakness will take place May 17, 2014 at Pimlico Race Course, the Maryland Jockey Club announced Sept. 27.
Ticket renewals will be mailed out Sept. 27, the MJC said in a release.
Infield seats include Preakness InfieldFest, a multi-entertainment festival featuring national headlining artists on two stages. Unique attractions throughout the day to give fans an unparalleled entertainment experience, including 13 exciting races headlined by the Preakness, the middle jewel of the American Triple Crown.
As in previous years, there will be tiers of pricing, based on when tickets are sold, for infield and MUG Club tickets. General infield tickets will start at $40 through October, go to $50 in November and December, $60 January through April, and $70 in May. MUG Club is $20 additional to each price.
