Bloodstock agent Jacob West went to $1.2 million on behalf of Robert and Lawana Low to secure a Liam's Map colt late in the day April 25 at the Ocala Breeders' Sales Spring Sale of 2-Year-Olds in Training.
Consigned by Wavertree Stables (Ciaran Dunne), agent, the colt (Hip 898) was bred in Kentucky by Phillips Racing Partnership out of the Bernardini mare Amazement. The colt's second dam is Wonder Again, a multiple grade 1-winning mare and the dam of multiple group-placed Japanese stakes winner Red Raven. During the OBS under tack show, the gray/roan colt worked in :20 4/5.
