Feel Glorious will try for a third straight win in North America in the Soaring Softly Stakes

After winning a pair of off-the-turf races in her past two starts, e Five Racing Thoroughbreds' Seek and Destroy will make her graded stakes debut in the $100,000 Soaring Softly Stakes (G3T) May 18 on the Widener Course at Belmont Park.

Trained by Chad Brown, Seek and Destroy will be making her first start since closing out her juvenile season with a 3 1/2-length victory in the Chelsey Flower Stakes Oct. 28 at Belmont. That one-mile test was moved from the turf to the main track.

Bred in Kentucky by William B. Harrigan, the daughter of Verrazano —Search and Seizure, by War Chant has been entered in four turf races but three of those events were moved to the main track, including her 9 1/4-length maiden romp Oct. 8 at Belmont.

Saturday's seven-furlong turf test for 3-year-old fillies has attracted eight entries, including Reeves Thoroughbred Racing and Tango Uniform Racing's Feel Glorious, who has won both of her United States starts for trainer Christophe Clement after beginning her career in England and Germany.

The daughter of Bated Breath enters off a narrow victory in the Memories Of Silver Stakes April 19 on the Aqueduct Racetrack turf, which followed an allowance win in March at Gulfstream Park.

"I liked her efforts very much," Clement said. "She's training well. I liked the two starts. She's training at Belmont Park, and I wanted to see how she does in New York in a graded stakes."

Trainer Wesley Ward will try for a second straight Soaring Softly win and third overall when he sends out stakes winner Stillwater Cove. The daughter of Quality Road  enters off a runner-up finish in the Limestone Turf Sprint Stakes at Keeneland.
