Jockey Red Pollard's race-worn saddle from Hall of Fame racehorse Seasbiscuit has sold for $104,260, Lelands auction house announced Jan 20.

Horseshoes worn by Seabiscuit during his 1938 match race victory over Triple Crown winner War Admiral and his famed 1940 Santa Anita Handicap win fetched $35,311.

The auction house said it is unclear in which races the Seabiscuit saddle was used by Pollard. The complete 28-lot collection of Seabiscuit memorabilia brought nearly $200,000, including $9,478 for a program of the match race, which took place at Pimlico Race Course.
